cpp11-migrate-3.4 software package provides Tool to convert C++98 and C++03 code to C++11, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cpp11-migrate-3.4
cpp11-migrate-3.4 is installed in your system.
